Samsung has launched Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G in India on Wednesday. Both 4G and 5G variants of Samsung Galaxy S20 FE were introduced in September last year, while only 4G variants were introduced in the Indian market in October. Talking about the main features of the 5G variant of the phone, it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC processor.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G is priced at Rs 55,999 for its only 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variants. But the phone can be purchased initially in India for a special offer for Rs 47,999. It includes an instant cashback of Rs 8,000. In comparison, the price of the same RAM and storage variants as the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 4G is Rs 44,999.
The 5G variants of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE have rear and front cameras similar to the 4G variants. The triple rear camera setup includes a 12-megapixel primary sensor f / 1.8 wide angle lens, a 12-megapixel secondary sensor with f / 2.2 lens, and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera. The phone has a 32-megapixel front camera for selfie and video calls.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G has a 6.5-inch Full HD Plus Super AMOLED Infinity O display with a 20: 9 aspect ratio and 120Hz refresh rate. Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC processor is present in the phone. It has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which can be increased to 1TB with the help of micro SD card.
The new 5G phone has a 4,500mAh battery with wireless charging 2.0 support. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G has 25W fast charging, while its 4G variant comes with 15W fast charging support. Both variants have Samsung’s Wireless PowerShare, with the help of which the supported devices can charge the phone.
For connectivity, the phone has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS / A-GPS, NFC and 5G connectivity with a USB Type C port. It also has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
