The Board of Directors of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd at its meeting held today, has approved an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2019-20 of Rs. 180 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
The board has fixed Wednesday, May 20, 2020 as the Record Date for the purpose of said Interim Dividend and decided that the Interim Dividend be paid on or before Saturday, June 6, 2020.
Shareholders whose names appear on the list of members of the Company as at close of business on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 shall be entitled to the said Interim Dividend.
