Meerut, 4th August 2025: To raise awareness about reproductive health and the growing impact of lifestyle on men’s and women’s fertility health, Motherhood Fertility & IVF, Noida, organized a Mega IVF Screening & Counseling Camp at Tim Buk Too Hotel in the city. The initiative witnessed an overwhelming response, with over XX couples turning up to seek fertility advice, undergo screening, and understand their reproductive health better. For many, it was their first time speaking to a specialist or even considering that common lifestyle habits could be affecting their ability to conceive.
Modern-day stress, poor diet, irregular sleep, consumption of alcohol or tobacco, smoking, late parenthood planning, and lack of physical activity are silently taking a toll on fertility. Conditions like PCOS, thyroid imbalances, obesity, and low sperm count are becoming increasingly common, yet awareness around these issues remains low. Most couples do not realize that something as routine as irregular periods, sudden weight gain, or sexual health concerns could point to deeper fertility challenges—until they begin trying for a baby and face unexpected delays.
At the camp, Dr. Mandavi Rai, Fertility Specialist at Motherhood Fertility & IVF, Noida, led a dedicated session discussing the fertility health of both men and women and myths around it.
“Fertility is not just a woman’s issue, and it’s not something to worry about only when you decide to have a child. It’s a part of your overall health—just like your heart or sugar levels. Unfortunately, many couples wait too long, hoping things will work out on their own. But time matters. If you’ve been trying to conceive for over a year without success—or even less if you’re over 35—it’s important to get tested. Even things like irregular periods, weight changes, or low energy could point to underlying issues. The good news is that many of these problems are treatable with timely advice and simple lifestyle changes. Not everyone needs IVF or surgery. What people need is the right information, early on, without fear or stigma. That’s what this camp aimed to do—replace guessing with guidance, and fear with facts.” said Dr. Mandavi Rai
Simple changes like eating healthy, managing stress, staying active, and sleeping well can boost fertility. But many couples delay seeking help, hoping things will work out naturally. Fertility isn’t just a woman’s issue—male factors matter too. Timely awareness and action can save couples’ emotional and financial strain.
The camp offered couples free screenings, personalized counseling, and expert-led guidance in a respectful and judgment-free space. The turnout and curiosity expressed by attendees clearly showed that people are ready to learn—what they need is access, reassurance, and real information.
Motherhood Fertility & IVF is dedicated to raising awareness, providing expert support, and making fertility healthcare more accessible through open conversations.
