Sharing details about the partnership, Mr. Anuj Gulati, Founding Managing Director & CEO, Care Health Insurance said,“AU Bank is a new-generation bank that in a short-span has earned respect & trust of its customers by offering convenient & reliable banking solutions. We are pleased to partner with them for offering their customers long-term health insurance and wellness solutions, backed by technology-led processes and quality servicing.”
AU Bank is emerging as a digital-led bank that has been imbibing technology at every level to make banking more convenient and simple. Through this tie-up, over 18 Lakh customers of AU Bank across about 700 banking touch points in 12 states and 2 Union territories, will get easy access to the entire suite of health insurance products offered by Care Health Insurance.
The health insurer, while primarily ensuring customers’ access to quality healthcare, has broadened the spectrum of overall ‘Care’ beyond hospitalization, to include preventive health check-ups, wellness, doctor consultations, diagnostics and home care. With the guiding principle of ‘Care’ being the fulcrum of all its customer-centric initiatives in the areas of product design, claims administration, technology development and customer service, the organization recently rechristened itself from Religare Health Insurance to Care Health Insurance.
