    Sensex closed up by 243 points

    Mumbai: Today on Friday, 12 June 2020, the stock market was a day of heavy upheaval. The Sensex opened with a fall of nearly 1000 points in the morning and finally closed. Today where the Sensex gained nearly 242.52 points to close at the level of 33780.89 points. The Nifty closed at the level of 9972.90 with a gain of 70.90 points. Apart from this, on the BSE today, a total of 2653 companies were traded, out of which about 1248 shares gained momentum and 1254 stocks closed down. At the same time, there was no difference in the share price of 151 companies. At the same time, the rupee closed 6 paise against the dollar at 75.84 rupees this evening.

    Mahindra & Mahindra shares closed at Rs 508.45, up by Rs 34 each. Bharti Infratel shares closed at Rs 225.00, up nearly Rs 14. Shree Cement shares closed at Rs 22,392.65, up nearly Rs 1141. Bajaj Finance shares closed at Rs 2,450.15, up by Rs 111 each. Hero MotoCorp shares closed at Rs 2,401.85, up nearly Rs 92.

    Zee Entertainment’s shares closed at Rs 168.55, down nearly Rs 7. ONGC shares closed at Rs 83.90, down nearly Rs 3. Tech Mahindra’s stock closed at Rs 554.70, down Rs 17. Power Grid Corporation’s shares closed at Rs 166.30, down nearly Rs 5. Wipro shares closed at Rs 207.90, down by Rs 5 each.
