Paytm Introduces NFC Card Soundbox: A Dual-Function Payment Device for Merchants

Finance Desk – Paytm, a leading payments company, has introduced a new device called the NFC Card Soundbox. This device helps small shop owners by combining a soundbox with a card payment machine.

    Here’s how it works:

Shop owners can now accept payments when customers tap their credit or debit cards on this device, or when they scan a QR code.

This means whether customers want to pay by card or through a QR code scan, they can do it quickly using the same device.

The NFC Card Soundbox makes it easier for merchants to receive payments from any app that supports UPI (Unified Payments Interface) and from cards that have NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, all using just one device.

This new tool aims to simplify the way payments are made in shops across India, making it convenient for both shop owners and customers.
