New Delhi: Local government oil marketing companies announced a 10 percent cut in jet fuel prices on Monday amid the fall in the global oil market. With this, the price of non-subsidized LPG cylinder has also been reduced by Rs 53. Due to this, one-third effect of increase in its prices has been done last month.
Last month, the companies had made an exempt gas cylinder costlier by Rs 144.50. The price notification issued after the monthly review by the oil companies stated that the price of aircraft fuel in Delhi has been reduced by Rs 6,590.62 per kg liter i.e. by 10.3% to Rs 56,859.01 per kg liter. The price of aircraft fuel has been reduced for the second consecutive time.
Earlier on February 1, it was cut by Rs 874.13 per kilo liter. In Delhi, the price of 14.2 kg gram gas cylinder without subsidy has also come down to Rs 805.50.
