The company told the stock market that it would cease production and office work in its factories in Gurgaon and Manesar (Haryana) with immediate effect. This moratorium will continue till further notice. ‘
It has been said in the information that work will also be stopped in its research and development center in Rohtak. The company has said that this period of work restriction will depend on the policy of the government. The company has two factories in Gurgaon and Manesar. Altogether fifteen and a half million cars are made there annually.
