    Market falls for fourth consecutive day

    Sensex slipped 160 points, Nifty closed near 12,000

    New Delhi: The market has seen a decline for the fourth consecutive day today. However, there was a good recovery in the market in the last hour. At the end of trading, the Nifty closed up 100 points from the lower level.

    At the same time, Sensex also improved by 283 points from the lower level. Bank Nifty has also closed down 310 points from below.

    In today’s business, oil and gas, IT stocks were bought. While auto, metal stocks were sold.

    The Nifty has fallen 53 points to close at 11,992. At the same time, the Sensex has fallen 161 points to close at 40,894.

    Bank Nifty has fallen 118 points to close at 30,563. At the same time, the midcap has fallen 99 points to close at 17,726. 28 out of 50 stocks of the Nifty declined.

    At the same time, 20 out of 30 stocks of the Sensex fell. 9 out of 12 stocks of Bank Nifty declined.
