New Delhi: India has risen 158 places in the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business Report in three years. With this, the country has come at number 27 among the comfortable countries for businessmen. This information was given by Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri during a press conference on Saturday.
State Business Reform Action Plan 2019 Ranking was also released by the government during the press conference. It was released by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, holding the number one position in the Ease of Doing Business rankings of the states of Andhra Pradesh and the Union Territories, while Uttar Pradesh stood second and Telangana in the third place.
