    Festive season offers with loans starting at 8.35% & complete refund of processing fees

    Mumbai: LIC Housing Finance Ltd. (LICHFL) today declared the launch of Special Festive idea for home advance searchers. Under the exciting offer, client can get the advantage of home loans beginning at reasonable rate of 8.35%. Not only this, clients will get complete refund of processing fees at the time of disbursement of the loan.


    Most importantly, the festive offer will be accessible for loans applied from October 1, 2019 to October 31, 2019 and it begins on to December 31, 2019.
    For the customers, the new home loan rates will begin from 8.35 % for loans upto Rs.50 lacs and 8.45% for loans above Rs.50 lacs and up to Rs.5 cr for women borrowers.

    For different borrowers the rates will be 5 bps beginning from 8.40%. The processing charge paid by the borrowers will be balanced towards the principal after payment of first installment of loan.
