Pulsar, a popular bike among the youth, will now be available at a higher price than before. Bajaj Auto is preparing to launch the BS6 model of its Pulsar range of bikes soon. Pulsars with BS6 engines have started arriving at many showrooms. The price of Pulsar range bikes has also been leaked before launching. According to the leaks, the bikes under the Pulsar range will get expensive up to Rs 12 thousand.
New price of Bajaj Pulsar 220F
According to leaked reports, the new Pulsar 220F with BS6 engine has been priced at Rs 1,16,263 while its old BS4 model was priced at around Rs 1,08,326. There is a difference of about 8 thousand rupees in old and new bikes. In the new BS6 Pulsar 220F, the company has given a new exhaust system with a fuel-injection system. Carburetor systems have been offered in most bikes with older BS4 models.
Pulsar NS200 New Price
Bajaj has also upgraded the Pulsar NS200 to BS6. The price of NS200 with this new engine is being said to be Rs 1.24 lakh whereas its old BS4 model was priced at Rs 1.14 lakh. Comparing the price of new and old model, the new NS200 has become expensive by about 10 thousand rupees. This bike has a 199.5cc, 4-valve, liquid-cooled engine as well as a fuel injection system.
New Price of Pulsar 180F Neon
The BS6 model of Pulsar 180F Neon is priced at Rs 1.07 lakh. The price of the new model of this bike has increased by about Rs 11,400 as compared to the BS4 model. This bike was launched last year instead of the regular model of Pulsar 180.
New price of pulsar 150
Pulsar 150 Neon with new BS6 engine of Pulsar 150 is being priced at Rs 85,920, Standard Pulsar 150 is priced at Rs 92,429 and Pulsar 150 twin disc is priced at Rs 96,563. The price of Neon has increased by about 10 thousand as compared to the old BS4 model and the price of standard and twin disc variants has increased by about 12 thousand rupees.
The cheapest bike within the Pulsar range is priced at Rs 68,762 for the drum variant of the Pulsar 125 Neon BS6 model and Rs 73,088 for the disc variant. The new price of both these variants is about 5 thousand and 6,500 rupees more than their BS4 version respectively. All prices stated are ex showroom price. The on road price will be different from these prices.
