Apart from this, today a total of 2876 companies were traded on the BSE, out of which about 1346 shares closed up and 1374 stocks fell. At the same time, there was no difference in the share price of 156 companies. At the same time, the rupee strengthened by 38 paise against the dollar to close at Rs 74.63.
Eicher Motors shares closed at Rs 19,121.00, up nearly Rs 767. Adani Ports shares closed at Rs 361.10, up nearly Rs 14. Bharti Airtel shares closed at Rs 581.25, up nearly Rs 23. Hero MotoCorp shares closed at Rs 2,742.00, up nearly Rs 71. NTPC shares closed at Rs 95.25, up nearly Rs 2.
JSW Steel shares closed at Rs 191.00, down by Rs 3 each. Tata Steel shares closed at Rs 329.00, down by about Rs 6. IndusInd Bank’s shares closed at Rs 487.50, down nearly Rs 7. The stock of zee entertainment closed at Rs 172.05, down nearly Rs 2. HDFC Bank shares closed at Rs 1,075.50, down nearly Rs 14.
