New Delhi: Former Finance Secretary Subhash Chandra Garg has said that the 2020-21 budget lacks ‘effective measures’ to stimulate economic growth. Garg wrote in a blogpost that it is largely intended to handle the deteriorating economic and fiscal situation in the Budget 2020–21 spending proposal.
