Lucknow: Josh, India’s fastest growing and most-engaged short video app, launched its first original IP ‘World Famous’ – a mega talent hunt, in Lucknow last week. A week to go for the Grand Finale, #joshworldfamoushas already received over 16.8K video entries in its first week and continues to inviteregistrations till 30 March 2021.
The Grand Finale on 31 March 2021 has been planned as an ultimate celebration of performers, entertainers, and artists across Lucknow. The daylong event will see a splashof activities ranging from dancing andsingingtowalking the ramp and performing stunts. In order to recognize, reward and mentor young talent in the city, Josh is especially bringing in celebrity actors Sunny Leone and Santosh Shukla and reality TV creator duo Raghu Ram-Rajiv to engage with and select Lucknow’s upcoming short-video stars for Josh.
In the past week, Lucknow has come to life with World Famous activations across the city’s hotspots including malls, colleges, and localities. Next up is a special evening of entertainment planned at the Saharaganj Mall in Hazarthganj on 28 March 2021. Lucknowites can join a fun flash mob and witness up close some of the city’s talented young performers.
Aspiring young stars with a dream to become India’s most unique creators are welcome to participate in this campaign by creating a video showcasing their talent and then uploading that video on the Josh app using the hashtag #joshworldfamous. The last day to register and submit videos for the talent hunt is 30 March 2021.
